The Hayxo Custom Geometric Shape Volleyball Jersey in Yellow, Red & White is a made-to-order women, girls, unisex, and youth volleyball kit with a full-body geometric print running edge to edge across the build. The pattern uses sharp angular shapes (triangles, trapezoids, rhombi, and faceted parallelograms) that scale across the chest, sleeves, side panels, and back as one continuous design. Bright yellow carries the active body, fire-engine red anchors the structural shoulders and corner lines, and crisp white separates the two so the whole kit reads loud without going muddy. The fit is athletic-cut for clean range of motion when you load for an outside swing.
Order with personalized name, number, team logo, and roster details. Sublimated print on 100% polyester moisture-wicking fabric, no minimum order, ships ready-to-play. Built for indoor club, beach, school, and rec-league volleyball.

This is the Bauhaus palette, and there is a very specific reason it works on a geometric pattern. In 1923, at the Bauhaus design school in Weimar, Wassily Kandinsky ran a survey on his students. He asked them to match three primary colors to three primary shapes. The answers came back with an almost suspicious consensus. Yellow belongs to the triangle, sharp and active and outward-pointing. Red belongs to the square, grounded and heavy and stable. Blue belongs to the circle, calm and deep.
That survey became one of the most quoted moments in modern design education, and the yellow-triangle and red-square pairing is the reason this jersey reads correct the moment you put it on. The geometric pattern is built mostly from triangles and squared parallelograms. Yellow lives where the triangles point. Red lives where the corners ground. White does the work that the canvas paper did in Kandinsky's classroom: it gives the eye a place to rest between two colors that are both fighting for attention.
Geometric shape patterns are the structural cousin to abstract shape patterns. Where abstract goes loose and asymmetric, geometric stays measured. Triangles tessellate. Rhombi mirror. Trapezoids share edges. The print is full-coverage, meaning the shapes carry across the chest, sleeves, side panels, and back as a single continuous design rather than a front-only graphic with blank backing.
On this colorway, the geometric system runs on three jobs. Yellow fills the open active interior zones to give the kit its forward energy. Red handles the heavy structural lines, corner anchors, and shoulder caps where the silhouette needs definition. White runs as a thin separator and relief space inside the shapes so the eye finds breathing room instead of a yellow-and-red blur. The eye reads it as one print, not three colors fighting for the same space.
100% interlock polyester, knit at a weight that holds shape through full-court diving without pilling. Four-way stretch lets you reach for an over-the-net block without the side panels riding up. Moisture-wicking pulls sweat to the outside fibers, where it evaporates instead of pooling against your skin.
Athletic-fit silhouette: contoured side seams for the women/girls cut, straighter through the torso for unisex/youth
Standard volleyball-length hem: sits at the hip bone, tucks cleanly into spandex shorts
Cap-sleeve or sleeveless options at order: cap reads classic, sleeveless reads competitive
Reinforced shoulder seams: where the strap of a roller bag rides on travel days
Flatlock stitching at the underarm and side seam: no chafe during long warm-up serves
Full-dye sublimation bonds ink directly into the polyester fibers. The geometric pattern, your name, your number, and your team logo all become part of the fabric instead of sitting on top of it. There is no screen-print layer to crack. There is no patch to peel. After 200 wash cycles the print looks the same as the day it shipped, which is why college club teams keep ordering the same kit shape year after year.

Your artwork gets mirror-printed on transfer paper using sublimation ink.
The transfer paper meets the polyester jersey panel inside a heat press at roughly 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Heat turns the ink directly into gas, skipping liquid entirely.
The gas bonds permanently into the polyester fibers, becoming part of the fabric structure.
Panels are then cut and sewn into the finished jersey, so the print continues across every seam.
The result is a jersey where the design cannot crack, peel, fade, or wash out, because there is no separate ink layer on top of the fabric to fail. The color and the polyester are the same physical material.

Closest to school-bus yellow, with a hint of warmth that keeps it from looking neon. Pure lemon yellow tilts greener and reads less saturated under gym lights. Mustard pulls toward brown and dulls the geometric edges. Our default sits at roughly Pantone 116 or PMS Yellow C, which photographs cleanly on phone cameras and stadium feeds. We can adjust to your school's exact yellow on request.
Fire-engine red. Saturated, slightly cool, the kind of red used on fire trucks, stop signs, and warning labels. Scarlet pulls slightly toward orange and reads warmer. Maroon is darker and reads brown under low light. We can match Pantone 186, 199, or 485 if your school or club specifies a different red.
White panels will show short-term scuffs from sand-court play. The sublimation print itself does not absorb stains the way a screen-print or vinyl logo would. A standard cold wash with a polyester-safe stain pretreat brings the kit back to clean. Beach players should expect normal wash maintenance, the same as any white-paneled apparel.
Yes, this is a popular palette for unaffiliated supporter clubs of teams in red-and-yellow brand colors. We do not reproduce official logos, but we can build a kit around your supporters group name, founding year, and original crest art. The geometric pattern reads as a custom team kit rather than a team replica, which keeps it well clear of any trademark issue.
Yes. The libero rule requires a clearly contrasting jersey from the rest of the roster. We commonly run the libero in a flipped palette where red becomes the dominant body, white holds as the relief color, and yellow moves to a small accent. Same geometric pattern, same fabric, fully compliant with USAV and FIVB libero contrast rules.
We never run yellow-on-yellow numbers. The number color is set against contrasting fabric panels at mockup so legibility from the back row of bleachers is guaranteed. Default options are red numbers with white outline, white numbers with red outline, or red numbers in a white-bordered field, depending on which color dominates your front-and-back panels.
Yes, it meets NFHS uniform requirements for body color, number contrast, and jersey-libero rules. Number height (six inch front, eight inch back) and color contrast are configured at the mockup stage so you do not have to verify against the rule book yourself.
Yes. We can match the geometric pattern, color story, and font choices on warm-up tops, full-zip jackets, and travel hoodies. Most squads order the warm-up in a 50/50 split where the body is the dominant color and the sleeves carry the secondary, which keeps the on-court jersey as the visual focus during play.
Yes. The Boys Youth and Girls Youth cuts scale down to youth XS, which fits roughly five to six year olds. We have built this exact yellow-red-white kit for elementary-school PE teacher teams, kids volleyball clinics, and summer camp staff rosters. Single-piece orders are welcome at any size.
Yes. Geometric volleyball jerseys are available in Crimson with Yellow and White, in Royal Blue with White and Pink, in Black with Old Gold, and in Purple with Teal and Black. If you have a school palette in mind that we have not posted, send the brand colors and we will mock the geometric pattern in your exact hex values.
Absolutely. There is no minimum order. Whole rosters are welcome, but solo orders for tournament-specific kits, alumni reunion squads, and senior-night specials are common. Single-piece orders ship at the same standard production speed.
We only print artwork you own or are licensed to use. Pro team logos, college trademarks, and copyrighted character art cannot be reproduced. Original team marks, school crests with district approval, and your own custom designs are all welcome and shipped without licensing concerns.
