Please read this User Agreement carefully before using Hayxo's website, products, or services. By accessing or placing an order on hayxo.com, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

This User Agreement ("Agreement") is a legally binding contract between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Hayxo LLC ("Hayxo," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of hayxo.com (the "Site"). By accessing, browsing, or placing an order on this Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement and all policies incorporated by reference, including our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy, and Return & Refund Policy.

If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you must immediately stop using the Site and refrain from placing any orders.

Please note: Hayxo reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Site following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Eligibility & Account

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order on hayxo.com. By using this Site, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you may only use the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to this Agreement on your behalf.

2.2 Account Responsibility

If you create an account on hayxo.com, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@hayxo.com if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account. Hayxo is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

2.3 Account Accuracy

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account or placing an order. Hayxo reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts where inaccurate or misleading information has been provided.

3. Products & Orders

3.1 Product Descriptions

Hayxo makes every effort to display product descriptions, images, sizing, and specifications as accurately as possible. However, we do not warrant that all content on the Site is entirely accurate, complete, or error-free. Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.

3.2 Order Acceptance

Placing an order on hayxo.com constitutes an offer to purchase. Hayxo reserves the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. Your order is confirmed only upon receipt of an order confirmation email from us.

3.3 Custom & Personalized Items

Many Hayxo products are custom-made to your specifications. By submitting a custom order, you confirm that all artwork, names, numbers, and design elements provided are your own or that you have the legal right to use them. Hayxo is not responsible for copyright or trademark infringement resulting from customer-submitted designs.

3.4 Errors & Corrections

Hayxo reserves the right to correct typographical errors, pricing mistakes, or inaccuracies at any time, including after an order has been submitted. If an error affects your order, we will contact you to offer a correction, cancellation, or full refund.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices listed on hayxo.com are in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Hayxo accepts payment via Credit & Debit Cards (Shopify Payments), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna.

By submitting a payment, you represent that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method and authorize Hayxo to charge the full order amount including applicable taxes and shipping fees. Your payment details are never stored on our servers.

Promotional discount codes are valid for one use per customer unless otherwise stated and cannot be applied after an order has been placed. Hayxo reserves the right to cancel orders where codes are suspected to have been misused.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Hayxo ships domestically across all 50 US states and internationally to most countries worldwide. Orders are fulfilled within 3–5 business days before dispatch. Full details are available on our Shipping & Delivery page.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon handover to the shipping carrier. Hayxo is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, severe weather, or events outside our control. It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout.

6. Returns & Refunds

Hayxo offers a 30-day return and refund policy. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was described, we will offer a full refund or free replacement at your choice. Full terms are available on our Return & Refund Policy page.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Hayxo's Rights

All content on hayxo.com, including logos, brand assets, product images, text, graphics, and website design, is the exclusive property of Hayxo LLC and is protected by applicable US and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or exploit any part of this Site without our express written permission.

7.2 Customer-Submitted Content

By submitting artwork, logos, names, or design elements for a custom order, you represent and warrant that you own or have the lawful right to use all submitted content and that it does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party. You grant Hayxo a limited license to use your submitted content solely to fulfill your order.

7.3 Sports League Disclaimer

Hayxo produces custom jerseys and uniforms that are independently designed and manufactured. Our products are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or produced under license from any professional sports league, team, or brand. Any team names, numbers, or designs on custom orders are provided by and the responsibility of the customer.

8. User Conduct

By using this Site, you agree not to:

Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any point during the ordering process.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems.
Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
Upload or submit content that infringes the intellectual property rights of any third party.
Interfere with the security, performance, or integrity of the Site.
Harvest or collect personal information of other users without their consent.
Purchase products for resale without prior written agreement from Hayxo.

Hayxo reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for any user found in violation of these standards, without prior notice.

9. Privacy

Hayxo is committed to protecting your personal information. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect the data you share with us. By using this Site, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy. Hayxo does not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THIS SITE AND ALL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES PROVIDED THROUGH IT ARE OFFERED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, HAYXO LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. YOUR USE OF THIS SITE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HAYXO LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THIS SITE OR ANY PRODUCTS PURCHASED THROUGH IT. IN NO EVENT SHALL HAYXO'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE ORDER GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any dispute arising from your use of hayxo.com shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation by contacting us at support@hayxo.com. If unresolved, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration on an individual basis — not as part of a class action.

13. Changes to This Agreement

Hayxo reserves the right to update this User Agreement at any time. The Effective Date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of hayxo.com following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Agreement.

14. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary, and all remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
